A Leap of Faith
The Emersyn House was founded in 2021 by Ashlee Nath. Ashlee saw a drastic need for more certified Womens only Sober Living Homes in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As Ashlee grew up she experienced addiction first hand through many of the women in her family - even losing an Aunt to her battle with addiction.
The Emersyn House is a level 2 house letting those in need have a safe and welcoming space to live while learning how to enter back into society and maintain their sobriety. Our goal is to provide a beautiful home for women to start the process of being independent without the crutch of substance addiction.
The first Emersyn House is located on the outskirts of the city of Colorado Springs, tucked away at the back of a small neighborhood, in close proximity to a multitude of shops, restaurants, amenities, public transport. With easy access to Academy, Powers, and I-25 all of our residents have ease of commute, self reliance, and offers access to many local jobs.
Bought originally by Ashlee at the end of 2021, and fully rehabbed by her team soon after, the original Emersyn House boasts new top to bottom features, a sun room, fenced yard, Pikes Peak views, A/C, and brand new appliances. The intent to provide a pristine living area stemmed from the belief that recovering addicts would fare better in a truly safe, beautiful, and open living arrangement. While we see the benefit of two women per room, our vision aligns more with lower occupancy rates per room.
